The pool here is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and its central location makes it convenient for exploring the historic district.

Was rated as a 1 star hotel...no way! Great location, great staff, great hotel. The spa was a very nice touch and the shower was awsome.

The food was nice - I enjoyed it.

The rooms are nicely furnished, with a balcony offering a great view, and comfortable beds, while the friendly staff make sure all guests' needs are met.

Tasteful rooms with small balcony looking at back of cathedral. Quiet location in a pedestrian street. Hotel guests get half price for wellness treatment. Very friendly staff and nice cafeteria downstairs.

Airco did not function well.

The location is the best in Leon - it is literally 50 metres from the back of the cathedral. If trying to find it on foot, head for the cathedral and then walk to the back. Room was smallish but very well designed and was everything we wanted. The bed is comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly - provided good advice, and even an early morning coffee for us at an ungodly hour before we left. Would recommend to anyone - cannot work out how it only has one star... It deserves more

Seriously, nothing. Even the toiletries are great.

The breakfast spot was cozy, and we had great meals. Plus, you could see the city while munching 😊.

Great location near cafes and Plaza Mayor, and Camarote Madrid is a fantastic spot to relax making it a perfect choice for a one night stay.

It's a nice hotel in terms of the building and the location in relation to the city, with helpful staff. Look out for the unintentionally humorous spa treatments in the brochure too!

The location was awful in that the bins are collected at 1am and there was a woman in high heels clomping up and down outside for another hour - they desperately need double glazing. Thought that charging for use of the spa pool by guests was inappropriate.
